Those Fabulous Letters on Collabro's Stage!!

If like me you have been to one of the Collabro Performances you will be aware that the stage includes very big letters spelling Collabro, taller than the boys!!  They are beautiful, classy and perfect for the Collabro vibe! They are divine and I want the "A" as a souvenir (wishful thinking!).

Here is the post from their blog with the crazy story of the very short deadline and how hard they worked to get them ready in time for the #CollabroTour2015 kick off!

"There are days in our business journey that seem a little surreal to us.  The day we were asked to provide a sign for Danny and Georgia McFly, and the day HELLO! got in touch about a photo shoot.  These emails and phone calls, which come, seemingly out of the blue, often feel like they are taking place in someone else's life."
"When I took the phone call from Bev to quote for 8 large letters for Collabro it seemed a bit odd. However, She'd seen us at the EVAS and liked our style.  Coral, from the EVAS had recommended us, and that had all come about from a single attendance to a Pink Link ladies networking event.  Bev was funny, personable and honest.  We liked her, so we quoted."
"Then nothing.  Christmas came and went.  The dead line for us to have time to make them came and went."
"Then came the call.  'I know it's only a week away, but can you?'

"Holy cow. I got off the phone, manically calling and calling Mr TT. Eventually he answered. He was mad. He was cross. How was he going to fit 120 hours of work into less than a week? We fought. I'm not going to lie, these things are stressful, emotional, hard work as well as exciting.  You see, there's something I want to share with you..."
"When things seem to come out of the blue they rarely do. Everything has a back-story. Call it perseverance, openness to ideas and a willingness to hang out on a limb, if you must.  Hard work does come into it, as does a touch of luck, but merely being 'in the right place' doesn't cut it.  You need to be prepared to take those opportunities, to communicate with the world that you are 'here' without being that irritating door-to-door type sales person.  Constant interaction is needed, but not of the 'sell. sell' type, but of the 'hi, how are you?  How did that project work out for you?' 'How's the kids and your Mum?' type.  Quality, commitment, blood, sweat and tears are all realistic parts of owning your own business.  But so is having a heart and wings to fly."

"PS - for the record Mr TT did it. And he is now glowing with pride... "
